Submit your abstract for the chance to share your work on abdominal wall reconstruction to colleagues from around the world.

The Free Paper Session will take place on the second day of the conference. Authors of accepted submissions will be given a short slot on the main programme to explain their work to the expert faculty and colleagues in the audience.

Timeline:

24th November 2023 - Deadline for Abstract Submission

Our panel will review all abstracts received by the submission deadline. Authors of accepted submissions will be notified by e-mail.

12th December 2024 - Deadline for Upload

Once notified of acceptance, authors will need to upload their free paper.

31st January - 2nd February 2024 - AWRE Conference, Ghent

Authors will have a short slot, on the main programme, to present their free paper.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to network and discuss your work with colleagues and faculty throughout the event.
